• ✔ During booking, the client must clearly explain the current condition of the property for accurate service planning.
• ✔ The client must provide water, electricity, and ladder access at the site during the service.
• ✔ All valuables should be securely stored in lockers or safe storage before cleaning begins. Small items like jewellery may get collected during vacuuming. Infinite Xtensions will not be responsible for any such loss.
• ✔ If any work remains incomplete due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be rescheduled within 4–5 days, subject to slot availability.
• ✔ Booking the service confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
