By booking services with Deep Clean Pune, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Terms (On-Site Cleaning)

  • Clients must ensure all valuables, cash, and jewellery are securely stored before service begins.
  • We are not responsible for loss of unattended or unprotected items.
  • Clients should verify identity of staff at the time of service.
  • Any unfinished work due to time or access issues will be rescheduled based on availability.

2. Booking Policy

  • Service slots are subject to availability.
  • Booking is confirmed only after confirmation from our team.
  • Once booked, changes depend on slot availability.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm booking in high value cleaning contracts.
  • Prices may vary based on site condition or additional requirements.
  • Any extra work requested on-site will incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations after booking confirmation may be subject to operational cost recovery if team allocation or travel has already been initiated.
  • If service is cancelled by us, customers may request refund or rescheduling.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Service Responsibility

Our team performs services with care and professionalism. However, pre-existing damage, fragile items, or hidden conditions are not our responsibility.

6. Communication

All communication regarding booking or issues will be handled via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
